To place an order, add products to the cart, then select the payment method and delivery method you are interested in. Fill in the basic address details and confirm the purchase form.

The order status is visible in the order history for registered customers. In addition, customers receive automatically generated e-mails informing about the following statuses: order confirmation, order acceptance for processing, order sending. The last e-mail also contains information about the number of the waybill.

Complaints and delivery

We deliver all komodee® products free of charge. For other products, delivery costs may vary depending on payment method and type of shipment selected. You will find out the exact price of shipping the goods in the shopping cart after adding products and choosing the form of delivery.

We estimate the waiting time for a shipment according to the delivery report. The package is usually shipped within 1-3 days from the moment of placing the order. Detailed shipping times for individual products are available on the product card and in the shopping cart.

Customer account

To register in the store, click on the “Register” section. In the next step, you need to provide all the required data. After clicking on the “Register Account” button, an email will be sent with an activation link. After clicking on the link, you can make purchases in the store.

No, you don’t need to have an account.

You can make purchases without registration. However, in this option, it is not possible to check the order history. For subsequent orders, you will need to fill in the delivery details again. You also cannot take advantage of possible promotions for regular customers.

In case you forget your password, click on “Forgot password” and enter your e-mail address that you used during the registration process. A new password will be sent to the address you provided.

We offer all the most popular forms of payment: electronic transfer, card payment, BLIK, Google Pay, Apple Pay. We also offer 0% installments. Security is guaranteed by Przelewy 24, Stripe and PayPal.

Assembly

Yes. We ship furniture in damage-resistant, flat packages. In each kit you will find simple assembly instructions. If you have any problem, our Customer Service will help you. Most of our furniture can be assembled within 2 hours.
