How do we deliver the products?

We ship the products you order by GLS, Schenker and DPD couriers. We ship the products within 48 working hours. The delivery time is approximately 48 working hours from the moment the order is shipped. Most purchases arrive within 3 business days of purchase.

How much does transport cost?

Nothing. We deliver all products for PLN 0!

How long does it take for me to receive my purchases?

You will receive all purchased products no later than 3-7 business days.

How are the products packaged?

All our products are packed in flat packs. This makes them easy to carry. They also take up little space. Each product is packed in a cardboard box, additionally secured inside to ensure safe transport and prevent possible damage.

How can I redeem my purchases?

All purchases are delivered by couriers directly to your home. In the case of our products (cartons up to 31 kg), couriers are not obliged to carry packages to the floor or to the premises. The driver delivers the cartons only to the front door of the building.

How do I file a complaint?

Has your furniture been damaged? Do not worry. All you need to do is submit a complaint via the form that you can find on the Complaints page.

Can I return a purchased product?

You can return the goods without giving any reason. Fill out the Return Form and send the goods back to us within 14 days of purchase.
